Machine Introduction:
This model is based on the imported positive and negative pressure integrated machine from Germany, and has been innovated according to the current national conditions and vacuum forming market, taking into account the current situation of few orders, many styles, and expensive molds. This machine has a fully automatic function of three stations: heating, forming, cutting, stacking, and counting. It can adapt to various packaging boxes, trays, pharmaceuticals, industrial vacuum packaging products made of APET, PP, PC, PS, PVC, BOPS, PLA, corn starch, and other materials. It is also possible to add a material cart configuration at the rear, with three functions of forming, cutting, and stacking for larger orders. For smaller orders, it can be directly cut into a whole piece like a regular vacuum forming machine, and then cut with a punch press. Machine features:
1, Loading area
A 2.2KW high-power motor is used for feeding, the maximum diameter of the coil is 700mm, and the maximum load is 500KG/branch. The feeding is driven by rubber rollers, and two seamless steel pipe rods are equipped to replace the sheets and A silicone oil injection device is added in the feeding sheet area to facilitate demoulding.
2, Heating area
(1) The heating brick adopts Swedish Cornell heating wire, which has the characteristics of fast heating, good constant temperature effect, and long service life. It has a 5-year ultra-long warranty, and the high-temperature wire adopts 2.5 mm² (some peers use 1.5 mm²) to ensure that the wire is durable and not easily aged.
(2)Temperature control module: the latest temperature control module is adopted, the temperature control is accurate, and it is easier to adjust the temperature to make goods.
(3)The dislocation adjustment function of the electric furnace can close a row of heating bricks if the width of the baking blade is less than 620mm, which is energy-saving.
4, Forming area:

(2) Both the upper and lower molds are equipped with high-power 5.5KW servo motors, copper sleeve guides, and 50mm columns to ensure stable and powerful operation. The machine can operate continuously for 24 hours.
5, crop area
(1) The cutting die size is 750 × 920mm, and the length of the customized cushion platform can reach 1000mm.
