Machine features:
1, Loading area
A 2.2KW high-power motor is used for feeding, the maximum diameter of the coil is 700mm, and the maximum load is 500KG/branch. The feeding is driven by rubber rollers, and two seamless steel pipe rods are equipped to replace the sheets and A silicone oil injection device is added in the feeding sheet area to facilitate demoulding.
2, Heating area
(1) The heating brick adopts Swedish Cornell heating wire, which has the characteristics of fast heating, good constant temperature effect, and long service life. It has a 5-year ultra-long warranty, and the high-temperature wire adopts 2.5 mm² (some peers use 1.5 mm²) to ensure that the wire is durable and not easily aged.
(2)Temperature control module: the latest temperature control module is adopted, the temperature control is accurate, and it is easier to adjust the temperature to make goods.
(3)The dislocation adjustment function of the electric furnace can close a row of heating bricks if the width of the baking blade is less than 620mm, which is energy-saving.
4, Forming area:

5, crop area
