Machine Introduction:

Machine features:
1. Loading area
A 2.2 kW high-power motor is used for feeding, the maximum diameter of the coil is 700mm, and the maximum is 500KG/branch. The feeding is driven by rubber rollers, and two seamless steel pipe rods are equipped to replace the sheets and the silicone oil injection device is added in the feeding sheet area to facilitate demoulding.
2. Heating area
(1) The electric furnace adopts a specific aluminum furnace design, which does not deform at high temperatures. The heating brick electric furnace is equipped with insulation cotton on the back, making the heating wire more durable.
(2) The heating brick adopts Swedish Cornell heating wire, which has the characteristics of fast heating, good constant temperature effect, and long service life. It has a 5-year ultra-long warranty, and the high-temperature wire adopts 2.5 mm² (some peers use 1.5 mm²) to ensure that the wire is durable and not easily aged.
3. Forming area:
(1) Forming length 850mm, width 710mm, three-stage upper and lower furnace heating, forming height up to 120mm.
(2)The upper and lower molds are equipped with high-power servo motors to ensure that the machine can operate continuously for 24 hours.
(3)Water valve: the mold is only watered under the automatic state to prevent the mold from condensing during shutdown and debugging.
(4)Forming mold height memory: call the mold height and low data saved in the first production, no need to adjust the mold, can directly install the mold for production, improve production efficiency;
4. Cutting area
(1) The cutting size is 710 × 850mm, and the cutting upper mold is equipped with a heating knife electric control system.
(2)Die cutting position data saving: use digital adjustment of the cutting depth of the die to adjust the knife die, adjust the knife more accurately, do not hurt the knife, save the position data of the die and save the position data of the die and die in the second production, directly call the data of the first production die and directly install the die for production, reduce the waste of the knife and improve the production efficiency.
